✦ Commission FAQ

How do commissions work?
Commissions are handled through a waiting list and completed in order of arrival. Once it’s your turn, I’ll contact you to discuss the details, references, and any ideas you have.

How long does a commission take?
Usually 1–2 weeks, depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission. In some cases, it may take up to one month. Please don’t rush or pressure me during the process.

Do you provide WIPs?
Yes! I may provide WIPs (work-in-progress updates) when necessary. You can also request corrections, especially during the sketch stage, before I move on to the final result.

Can I make changes?
Yes. Corrections are mainly available during the sketch/initial idea stage, so please make sure you are happy with the sketch before I continue.

How does payment work?
Payment is made after you approve the hand-drawn sketch/initial idea.

  • Commissions under or equal to $70 USD: full payment is required.
  • Commissions over $70 USD: payment can be split into two halves.
  • All payments must be made in USD through PayPal.

Do you accept other payment methods?
No. Even if I receive money through other platforms, commissions are PayPal only.

Are refunds available?
No refunds are available once payment has been made and the commission has started. Cancellations are possible during the sketch stage or in case of an emergency, depending on the situation.

What program do you use?
I mainly use Clip Studio Paint. I sometimes use PaintTool SAI 2 for simpler ideas or sketches.
